Policies and Terms

•    A 50% deposit based on the length of your stay is required when making a reservation.
•    Payment may be made by cash, a valid personal check, or by Travellers Cheques. We do accept credit cards via PayPal.com. Our e-mail address for PayPal payment is HisgenHouse@aol.com. Your reservation is confirmed when your deposit is received.
•    In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be returned provided we are notified at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
•    No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
•    Exceptions: During the holidays and the Brimfield Antique Show weeks, all reservations must be prepaid in full and are non-refundable.
•    Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. (Rate changes, however, will not effect confirmed reservations.)
•    Room rates are for double occupancy and include a full breakfast.
•    Check-in time is any time after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
•    Hisgen House is decorated with many fragile furnishings, thus only children over the age of 12 are allowed.
•    Please respect that we do not allow pets.
•    We are a non-smoking facility.
•    We do not have a liquor license, but guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages.
•    Please note that our rooms are not handicapped accessible.
•    Concierge Service: We are happy to make dinner reservations for our guests and provide a wealth of information and directions.
